About the Role:

This role offers exposure to complex financing solutions for private equity sponsors and corporate clients across Europe. You will work on origination and execution of leveraged loans and high-yield bonds, supporting clients in acquisitions, refinancings, and recapitalizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in structuring, pricing, and executing leveraged loan and high-yield bond transactions.
• Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (syndicate, risk, legal) and external parties (clients, lawyers, rating agencies).
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior team members.

Requirements:

• Already in a Leveraged Finance Investment Banking role or Debt Advisory.
• Familiarity with loan and bond documentation and rating agency methodologies.
• Ability to move quick as volumes tend to be high.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
