Territory Manager - Nebraska (Field)

Our client is looking for a Territory Manager to join their Nebraska-based team. The position entails overseeing property and casualty marketing efforts within the designated territory, including the selection and development of agency partners, to meet production and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen, select, and train agents to ensure alignment with the company's philosophy, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet sales targets while managing and monitoring the company's portfolio.
- Act as the primary link between the company and its agency partners.
- Ensure timely processing of agency account payments.
- Support marketing and underwriting teams, including providing training to marketing staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Three years of relevant commercial P/C marketing or underwriting experience
- Knowledge of commercial lines products and coverage
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
