Senior Associate in Insolvency and Restructuring Advisory
We are seeking a talented individual to join our boutique firm based in London as an Assistant Manager. As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on insolvency and restructuring matters within the upper mid-market sector.
Job Description:
- Manage client relationships throughout all stages of engagements.
- Work closely with senior management to develop strategies that address client's financial difficulties effectively.
- Provide guidance on corporate finance issues including valuations, debt advisory services, investment banking transactions etc., depending upon your expertise
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation such as UK GAAP/IFRS whilst delivering solutions aligned specifically around each unique situation
Qualifications & Skills Required:
To qualify for this role it is essential that you possess;
1) Relevant experience working within insolvency and/or restructuring advisory
2) A degree from a recognised university; accounting / business administration preferred but not mandatory
3) Strong communication skills - verbal/written
4) Previous managerial/supervisory background ideal
