Role: Quantitative Trader
Location: Amsterdam
Salary: โฌ80,000 Base + Excellent performance bonus (first year bonus guarantee possible for highly competitive candidates.
A tier-1 systematic prop trading firm is seeking an experienced quantitative trader to join their growing team of traders, researchers and developers here in Amsterdam. Successful applicants coming from abroad will receive a relocation package including flight coverage, temporary accommodation upon arrival, house-finding service and expat support.
The Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, finance, etc.)
- 3 to 6 years' experience in either volatility trading or market making.
- Successful track record of profitability.
- In-depth knowledge of market making and risk management.
- Wide market knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
The Role:

- Create new trading strategies for your markets.
- Risk management of your portfolio and desk.
- Improve and refine the team's trading infrastructure and setup.
