A DeFi native Optimal Order Router is looking to onboard a Quantitative Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a fast-paced engineer with experience as a solver engineer for another Crypto focused firm. This engineer will optimize and maintain solving systems, with a focus on improving performance and order volume settled.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of backend engineering experience, primarily with python.
- Experience with high-intensity fast-moving teams or start-ups specifically.
- Experience with trading and solver algorithms.
- Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to confidently and clearly articulate thoughts.
- Self-starter who wants to drive the direction and focus of optimizations.
- Previous experience at another Crypto focused firm, DeFi and AMMs in particular.
Responsibilities
- Lead the optimization and maintenance of Odos solvers
- Support Odos solver development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Continuous optimization of algo solvers on intent-based marketplaces.
- Opportunity to work or lead new products and product development.
