Job Description:
looking for an experienced professional with 5-10 years of sales/fundraising experience and established network in Italy who can join our buyside team as Head of Sales - Italy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships within the Italian region.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Developing strategies that drive growth through identifying potential clients
* Building strong relationships by being responsive, understanding their needs, providing effective solutions.
* Creating marketing materials such as presentations or proposals tailored towards prospective clients
* Collaborating with other departments including portfolio managers on investment ideas
Qualifications/ Skills Required (not exhaustive):
1) Business Development : A successful track record demonstrating ability to generate leads/business from scratch using various methods like networking events etc.
2) Asset Management: Understanding asset classes e.g Fixed Income , Alternative Risk Premia / Multi-strategy funds .
3) Communication skills : Excellent written/oral communication skills required due to substantial interaction between internal teams/Clients .
4 ) Languages proficiency ; Fluent In English & Italian Language
5 ) Hunger For Success; Ability To Drive Results By Being Self-motivated And Goal-Oriented
