Workers Comp Territory Manager
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategies to increase Workers' Compensation premium within your assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with independent agents, providing training, support, and insights to help them succeed.
- Identify new business opportunities and competitive trends using data and technology.
- Work closely with underwriting teams to ensure profitable growth and adherence to risk appetite.
- Champion the use of digital tools and platforms to enhance agency experience and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in Workers' Compensation sales, underwriting, or territory management.
- Strong understanding of WC regulations and independent agency distribution.
- Comfortable using digital platforms, analytics, and CRM tools to drive results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; industry certifications a plus.
