Key Responsibilities:
1. Tax Compliance:
- Prepare and review tax returns for a wide range of entities including individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
- Ensure all filings are accurate, timely, and in full compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Assist clients in meeting statutory obligations and managing tax risks effectively.
2. Tax Advisory & Consulting:
- Support the delivery of strategic tax planning and advisory services tailored to client needs.
- Provide insights on tax-efficient structures, cross-border transactions, and regulatory developments.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop innovative solutions that align with clients' business goals.
3. Research & Technical Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on complex tax issues and legislative changes.
- Interpret tax laws and rulings to assess their implications on client operations and financial outcomes.
- Prepare technical memos and reports to support advisory recommendations.
4. Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by addressing tax-related queries and providing proactive guidance.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate findings and strategies.
5. Team Collaboration & Development:
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Share knowledge and contribute to the development of junior team members.
- Participate in internal training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices.
