Strategic Finance Senior Associate
Currently representing a Boutique Wealth Management firm that specializes in advising high net worth individuals. They are searching for a Senior Strategic Finance Associate to work directly with the CFO to provide strategic, data driven insight in regards to financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, etc.
LOCATION: NYC (hybrid)
COMP: $95-115k
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for the firm to evaluate financial patters
- Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
- Serve as the primary finance business partner for all sectors and business units
- Manage the firm's ongoing forecast
- Presenting financial reports to senior leadership
- Provide ongoing data driven insights into new opportunities
- Aid in transition to AI-focused reporting and analysis
- Monthly and quarterly reporting for both internal internal and external parties, with the controller
Qualifications:
- Strategic thinker
- Strong background in project management preferred
- Ability to articulate financial data and present to senior leadership
- Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint
- Experience within similar industry (wealth management, alternative investments, private banking) strongly preferred
- 4-7 years of experience across Finance / FP&A / Strategic Finance functions
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field strongly preferred
- CPA or CFA ideal
