* Maintain and iterate system infrastructure for continuous improvement.
* Support other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields from a top-tier university.
* 5+ years of C++ experience, including 3+ years in CTA futures trading system development; capable of delivering full-stack trading systems independently.
* Strong Linux development skills; expertise in multithreading, lock optimisation, zero-copy, DPDK, and system-level performance tuning.
* Familiar with futures trading rules and broker protocols (e.g., CTP, Feima); solid understanding of trading system requirements.
* Clean, well-structured coding practices; experience with large-scale systems (100k+ LOC) and engineering tools like Git and CI/CD.
* Full-cycle participation in mid- to large-scale CTA trading system projects required.
