Salesforce Tech Lead
A major Spanish financial institution is expanding its Digital Transformation and CRM Engineering team in Madrid. We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across the bank's retail and corporate banking divisions. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role where technical excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and architectural vision are key.
Ideal candidates will have experience in Salesforce architecture, hands-on development, and leading agile delivery teams within large-scale enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and admins, ensuring best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Oversee integration with core banking systems, data platforms, and third-party services using APIs and middleware (e.g., Mulesoft).
- Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Technical Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in enterprise environments.
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines, and tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application/System Architect) are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
