A leading fintech firm is seeking a Project & Business Operations Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives focused on workflow optimization, platform integration, and data management within its Turnkey Asset Management Platform (TAMP) ecosystem.
This role blends project execution with operational strategy, supporting data connectivity and scalable process improvements across teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in investment operations or fintech platforms, strong project management skills, and a process-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Integration
- Lead cross-functional projects related to data, systems, and platform enhancements
- Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Provide regular updates and performance metrics to leadership
Data & Platform Connectivity
- Oversee data ingestion and reconciliation from custodians and platforms (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, Envestnet, Vestmark, iCapital, CAIS)
- Resolve data quality issues and enhance API/SFTP/FIX integrations
Process Optimization
- Map and improve workflows across investments, finance, and client service
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Monitor adoption and impact of process changes
Operational Enablement
- Maintain SOPs and documentation for operational processes
- Support training and change management across teams
- Act as a resource for cross-functional operational questions
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise between Operations, Technology, Investments, and external vendors
- Support rollout of new tools and workflows
- Facilitate project syncs and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3-5 years in investment operations, project management, or process improvement
- Familiarity with investment data (positions, trades, pricing) and multi-custodial platforms
- Experience with platforms like Vestmark, Envestnet, 55ip, iCapital, or CAIS
- Proficiency in Excel and project tools (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA, Lucidchart)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
