Product Analyst
Our client is partnered with a rapidly growing energy solutions provider seeking a junior‑to‑mid level Product Analyst to support the development, configuration, and deployment of new retail energy products across the organization. This individual will play a critical role in aligning product requirements with internal systems, coordinating across pricing, billing, portfolio, and technology teams, and ensuring smooth implementation from initial design through full production rollout. The role requires candidates with strong analytical capabilities, familiarity with system workflows, and the ability to support multiple product workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end product lifecycle activities, including requirements definition, configuration, testing (QA/UAT), and production deployment.
- Validate product structures, cost components, and curve configurations across internal systems to ensure accuracy and adherence to operational constraints.
- Serve as a liaison between product, pricing, billing, portfolio management, IT, and third‑party vendors to ensure alignment and clarity throughout implementation.
- Maintain and update product documentation, internal libraries, and system references to support long‑term scalability and control.
- Assist with internal training sessions and product presentations to sales, operations, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct ad‑hoc product testing, troubleshoot system inconsistencies, and support enhancements or issue resolution.
- Provide structured project updates, manage timelines, and contribute to cross‑functional coordination for new and existing product initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in product analysis, business analysis, product operations, or systems‑focused roles; experience in energy or other data‑driven industries preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical, analytical, or quantitatively‑oriented field.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data validation, modeling, and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively across teams.
