Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a forward-thinking strategic roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of senior executive leadership, ideally within health plans or healthcare innovation.
- Proven success in driving growth, transformation, and operational excellence.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including alternative health models.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets and P&L.
- Inspirational leadership style with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Experience launching or scaling alternative health plans or value-based care models.
