About the Role
We are working with a highly respected, independent advisory firm to appoint a Managing Director for their Investment Banking M&A practice in Geneva. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished deal maker with a proven track record in originating and executing complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead origination and execution of M&A transactions across diverse sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
- Oversee deal teams through all phases of the transaction lifecycle.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives and contribute to the firm's leadership vision.
- Mentor and inspire junior bankers to achieve excellence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 12+ years of Investment Banking experience with a strong focus on M&A.
- Demonstrated success in originating and closing high-value deals.
- Extensive network of corporate and sponsor relationships.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; French or German highly desirable.
