M&A Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Build and refine financial models; perform valuation work using methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction review.

  • Conduct comprehensive research on sectors, businesses, and market trends to aid in deal execution and business development initiatives.

  • Create and refine materials for clients, including marketing decks, investment briefs, and transaction-related presentations.

  • Participate in due diligence by evaluating financial records, competitive positioning, and broader market context.

  • Track industry movements and M&A activity to uncover potential new opportunities.

  • Contribute to internal projects aimed at enhancing operational workflows and transaction efficiency.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in roles such as investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or corporate finance.

  • Solid financial modelling skills and familiarity with valuation methodologies.
