The team is seeking a Senior Associate to join their dynamic team in NY. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute M&A transactions from start to finish, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and client presentations.
- Manage day-to-day deal processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, providing strategic insights and transaction support.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the platform.
Qualifications:
- Extensive M&A experience with a proven track record of closed transactions (technology sector experience strongly preferred).
- 3-5+ years of investment banking experience at a reputable firm.
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
