This is a strong opportunity to join a firm on track for another record year, gain valuable sell‑side M&A experience, and work closely with senior leadership in an environment that offers meaningful responsibility and a clear path for upward mobility.
What You'll Do:
As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a key role in supporting deal execution and client service, including:
- Preparing and delivering presentations throughout all phases of deal execution.
- Coordinating internal and external teams during the due diligence process for M&A transactions.
- Assisting in the execution of sell-side M&A deals across the FIG landscape.
- Conducting in‑depth industry, market, and company research to support strategic recommendations.
- Helping build and maintain strong relationships with established and prospective clients.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of Investment Banking experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or closing M&A transactions.
