This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving environment where you'll gain unmatched exposure, work closely with senior leadership, and have a direct impact on the company's continued growth and success. The firm offers fully remote flexibility, with the option to work in-person from their offices in Richmond, VA or New York City if preferred. They are currently expanding their Long-Term Care (LTC) business and launching new products, creating a critical need for an Insurance Pricing Leader. This individual will play a key strategic role, leading pricing and product development initiatives across life, annuity, and LTC products. Additional details are below:
What You'll Do
- Lead pricing and development of LTC and hybrid life/annuity products, including assumptions, profitability, and risk analysis
- Partner across teams to drive product design, filings, and implementation
- Oversee pricing governance, models, and documentation, while communicating key insights to leadership
What You Bring
- Deep experience in LTC and hybrid pricing
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Strategic, analytical mindset with ability to drive results
- FSA required; 15+ years of relevant experience (AXIS or ALFA preferred)
