Head of Corporate Development (Based in Australia)
Reporting to the executive team, this role will own the organisation's corporate development agenda - spanning acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, and broader growth initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping where and how the business invests, while working closely with senior leaders across regions and functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine corporate growth and investment strategy in partnership with senior leadership
- Lead end-to-end transaction activity, from opportunity assessment through execution
- Evaluate new markets and competitive dynamics to support long-term decision-making
- Prepare investment materials and recommendations for executive and shareholder review
- Support integration planning and performance tracking following transactions
Requirements:
- Background in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
- Demonstrated experience executing complex transactions from origination through completion
- Commercially astute, analytically strong and comfortable working with ambiguity
