Facilities Manager | APAC Region | Global Hedge Fund
We are supporting a global hedge fund in the appointment of a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee office operations and workplace experience across Asia.
This is a senior, hands on role sitting at the centre of how the organisation operates and presents itself internally and externally. The position combines people leadership, vendor management and strategic oversight, with a strong focus on delivering a seamless, high‑quality environment for staff, senior stakeholders and external guests.
What does the role invole?
The Regional Facilities Manager will take ownership of office operations across the region, managing local teams and external partners while ensuring consistent standards, strong governance and an exceptional workplace experience.
* Overall responsibility for regional office environments and day to day operations
* Leading and developing on site facilities and front of house teams
* Managing and coordinating a wide range of external vendors including cleaning, catering, maintenance, insurance and other service providers
* Overseeing office maintenance, fit‑out standards and space utilisation
* Ownership of guest experience including senior visitors, events and VIP meetings
* Supporting flexible working arrangements and office policies
* Budget oversight, supplier performance management and cost control
* Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders across multiple offices in the region
This role requires someone comfortable being visible, setting standards, and operating calmly under pressure while working closely with senior leadership.
What experience do you need?
* 10+ years of relevant experience within hospitality, facilities management, corporate services, travel or financial services
* Proven experience leading teams and managing third‑party vendors
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and pride in delivery
* Confident communicator able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
* Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced environment
* Professional presence and strong service mindset
* Fluent English required
