You will be reporting into the Head of Senior Reinsurance Accounting, so there is significant exposure to senior leadership giving you the opportunity to grow up the ladder fairly quickly. This position can be worked on a hybrid basis in their New Jersey location.
What you will do…
- Manage and analyze reinsurance contracts.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting of reinsurance activities.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and reconcile reinsurance accounts.
- Utilize analytical tools to provide insightful recommendations and solutions.
- Collaborate with various departments.
- Apply critical thinking to address complex reinsurance challenges.
What you will need to be successful…
- 4+ years of experience in Reinsurance Operations, Contract, or Accounting
- Experience building Data Dashboards
- Strong Ceded Reinsurance Accounting experience
- Problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
