A leading global financial institution is seeking a skilled professional to join their Risk Division within the Capital Risk team. This team provides independent oversight of capital decisions, offering strategic guidance on capital regulation analysis and enterprise-wide capital strategy. The Vice President of Capital Risk role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across various functions, and requires a strong risk management mindset and analytical rigor.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate complex regulatory capital analyses to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate the capital implications of new transactions, products, and business initiatives.
- Validate regulatory capital approaches and calculations.
- Assess and challenge the firm's overall capital management strategy.
- Interpret and apply capital regulations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in capital markets, ideally within risk or regulatory functions.
