Role Overview
The firm is seeking a Transformation Manager to translate investment theses and technical product work into actionable post‑acquisition plans. This role sits at the center of value‑creation-working cross‑functionally to design and drive integration, operational improvements, and transformation initiatives across acquired businesses.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute integration and transformation plans post‑acquisition
- Translate tech/product team outputs into operational roadmaps
- Partner with investment, tech, and product teams on value‑creation initiatives
- Support cross‑functional project management across functions and business units
- Drive implementation of AI‑enabled and tech‑enabled improvements within portfolio companies
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years experience in management consulting or corporate development/strategy
- Experience leading or supporting transformation, integration, or cross‑functional execution projects
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
- Experience managing or leading teams
- Willing to be in the Los Angeles office full‑time
