Prime Client Services
- Act as a key point of contact for institutional clients and develop strong long-term relationships.
- Understand client objectives, requirements, and operational needs to deliver effective solutions.
- Lead end-to-end on-boarding activities and coordinate all arrangements required for clients to access Hong Kong markets and exchange-listed products.
- Manage service delivery, resolve client queries, and coordinate issue resolution across internal teams.
- Partner with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Technology teams to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Drive project initiatives, manage timelines, identify risks, and ensure successful execution of strategic objectives.
- Conduct market and industry analysis to identify opportunities and support business growth.
- Liaise with regulators, exchanges, authorities, and external stakeholders when required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Approximately 5-7 years of relevant experience within financial services, capital markets, client service, on-boarding, middle office, or project management environments.
- Understanding of Hong Kong exchange infrastructure and relevant entities including HKCC, HKSCC, and SEOCH.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
