Operational Risk Analyst
A leading asset manager in the private credit management industry is expanding their Operational Risk team and looking for an associate to manage operational risk projects and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of experience working within the financial services industry and have had prior exposure to operational risk. This project management role provides a great opportunity to develop your project management skills in the risk space while gaining significant visibility from various stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage program plans to monitor achievements, risk, and project status with stakeholders
- Collaborate with various stakeholder and external vendors to communicate project needs and ensure accurate delivery
- Collaborate with project members to record tasks and maintain scheduling for project deadlines and requirements
- Identity and monitor risks
- Create reports and decks to share with board members through data analysis
- Maintain processes and procedures to maintain alignment across the enterprise
- Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in financial services or relevant field
- Experience in project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects
