Are you a seasoned Fixed Income Sales professional with deep expertise in both primary and secondary markets? Do you thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment and want the flexibility of a fully remote role? If so, we want to hear from you.

We are seeking a Managing Director to join our client's Fixed Income Sales team at a boutique investment bank.

This is a unique opportunity to lead and expand institutional client relationships across the high yield and investment grade spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of fixed income products, with a strong focus on high yield and investment grade bonds
  • Engage with institutional clients including asset managers, hedge funds, insurance companies, and pension funds
  • Provide market insights and trade ideas across primary and secondary markets
  • Collaborate with trading and research teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and client acquisition

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in Fixed Income Sales at the MD level or equivalent
  • Deep understanding of credit markets, particularly high yield and investment grade
  • Strong relationships with institutional investors
  • Experience in both primary issuance and secondary trading
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
