We are seeking a Managing Director to join our client's Fixed Income Sales team at a boutique investment bank.
This is a unique opportunity to lead and expand institutional client relationships across the high yield and investment grade spectrum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of fixed income products, with a strong focus on high yield and investment grade bonds
- Engage with institutional clients including asset managers, hedge funds, insurance companies, and pension funds
- Provide market insights and trade ideas across primary and secondary markets
- Collaborate with trading and research teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and client acquisition
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in Fixed Income Sales at the MD level or equivalent
- Deep understanding of credit markets, particularly high yield and investment grade
- Strong relationships with institutional investors
- Experience in both primary issuance and secondary trading
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
