Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of M&A transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Conduct in-depth financial modelling, valuation analysis, and market research.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
- Assist in due diligence processes and coordination with external advisors.
- Work closely with senior team members and contribute to business development efforts.
- Stay informed on sector trends, regulatory developments, and market activity.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, ideally with exposure to energy or infrastructure.
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling and valuation.
- Demonstrated interest in the energy transition, infrastructure investment, or related sectors.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
