Junior Quant Trader
We're looking for a sharp and motivated Junior Quant Trader / Analyst to join our growing Singapore office. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity to work directly with our Head of Trading and a small, collaborative team, contributing to trade monitoring, reporting, and the development of trading models and backtesting frameworks.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist with trade monitoring, performance reporting, and post-trade analysis
Support in building and refining quantitative models
Conduct backtesting and data analysis to inform trading strategies
Work closely with the trading team to contribute to alpha generation and strategy development
What We're Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in a quant or trading-related role
Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline (Master's preferred)
Strong coding ability (Python preferred) and a solid analytical mindset
Not subject to a non-compete-we're looking for someone who can start promptly
Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, trading-focused environment
