A leading Swiss Venture Capital and Private Equity firm, with over $1 billion AUM, the firm has built a strong established reputation across the Venture Capital and Private Equity space, with main strategies that focus on strategies across technology, science, health care, and sustainability sectors. The firm has recently launched Evergreen funds, reflecting their commitment to flexible, long-term investment structures. The platform now includes three evergreen products, targeting both institutional investors and wealth managers across Europe.

Role Overview:

The firm is looking for a Investor Relations & Business Development, VP to join their growing team and you will play a key role in driving fundraising efforts for the firm's evergreen platforms across relationships with European institutional investors and private wealth managers. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking team and contribute to the evolution of a pioneering evergreen strategy in European venture capital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Business development & fundraising efforts for the firm's evergreen funds, targeting institutional and wealth management investors.
  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing investors across Europe.
  • Represent the firm at investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor marketing materials and investor communications.
  • Contribute to strategic fundraising initiatives and long-term capital development planning.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in fundraising within private markets (Venture Capital & Private Equity preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage institutional investor relationships independently.
  • Experience with evergreen fund structures is a plus.
  • Initiative, adaptability, and a strong interest in the firm's strategies and funds are key.
  • Fluency in German & English is required; French is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
