Investment Banking Experienced Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of M&A transactions, including sell‑side and buy‑side engagements.
- Perform detailed financial statement analysis, valuation exercises, and modeling (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions).
- Prepare high-quality marketing materials, including teasers, CIMs, management presentations, and client deliverables.
- Conduct industry and company research across a variety of sectors.
- Assist in managing due‑diligence processes and coordinating with clients, investors, and external counterparties.
- Contribute to the team's business development efforts through pitch preparation and market analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of direct investment banking experience.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
