Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and strategic road map for advancing process management, ensuring alignment with the firm's broader strategic roles.
- Lead the Process Centre of Excellence in designing and executing key process management functions, including the process governance, change control, quality control and continuous improvement.
- Drive the adoption and standardisation of process management and excellence practices.
- Partner with process owners, technology, data, risk and other departments to drive process enhancements through re-engineering, digitisation, automation and other initiatives.
- Function as subject matter expert to process owners on best practices in process design and governance.
- Chair the Process Forum and oversee process governance and reporting.
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of the firm's process landscape and inter-dependencies, providing strategic input to the Transformation Office.
- Manage the lifecycle or process artefacts, including their creation, maintenance and storage.
Requirements:
- A dynamic professional with the ability to navigate the organisation effectively, demonstrating strong influencing capabilities and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
- A highly collaborative team player who resolves challenges in a way that fosters trust and achieves outcomes aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, along with associated tools.
- Experienced in overseeing governance functions at the first line of defence, with a solid grasp of operational risk processes, including Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
- Brings excellent skills in analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
- Strong abilities in communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationship management.
- Well-versed in one or more core business domains, including Distribution, Investments, Finance, and Risk (covering Legal and Compliance).
- Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in using process improvement tools such as Confluence, Jira, and similar platforms.
