Head of Operations & Investor Relations
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to serve as our Head of Operations and Investor Relations. This dual-role executive will oversee the firm's day-to-day operations while managing and expanding relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of commercial real estate investment strategies, hands-on operational leadership, and a proven track record of working with sophisticated investors.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
- Oversee all aspects of firm operations, including asset management, compliance, reporting, and internal processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of investment strategies and business plans.
- Implement and optimize systems and workflows to support scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with acquisitions, finance, and asset management teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Investor Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth investors and family offices.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with current and prospective investors.
- Lead capital raising efforts for new investment vehicles and individual deals.
- Prepare and present investor communications, including quarterly reports, webinars, and in-person meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing investor relationships with HNWIs and family offices.
- Deep understanding of real estate investment strategies, including acquisitions, development, and asset management.
- Strong operational background with experience running the day-to-day of a real estate investment firm.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
