What You'll Do
- Design and develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces that support real-time trading workflows and decision-making.
- Collaborate directly with traders, risk managers, and quantitative researchers to gather requirements, iterate on solutions, and deliver high-performance applications.
- Take full ownership of projects, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Contribute to the evolution of the firm's technology stack and development practices, with a focus on performance, scalability, and usability.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in front-end leaning full-stack development, ideally in a fast-paced or finance-related environment.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Solid experience with at least one backend language such as C#, Java, Python, or Go.
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets, or prior experience working in a trading or investment environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders.
