About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact team of software engineers and quantitative developers. You'll be responsible for driving the design, development, and deployment of low-latency trading systems, ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment with our trading goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers building high-performance trading infrastructure
  • Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to implement and optimize algorithmic strategies
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in live trading environments
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in algorithmic or high-frequency trading systems
  • Financial services experience is required
  • Deep understanding of low-latency systems, distributed computing, and real-time data processing
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, Rust)
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
