Your Responsibilities
- Manage complex contracts for large-scale construction and energy generation projects.
- Draft, negotiate, and oversee agreements with national and international partners.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks, including claims and amendments.
- Lead project-level contract management teams and ensure compliance with KPIs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes.
Your Profile
- Degree in law, economics, engineering, or similar.
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1 level).
- 9-12+ years of experience in contract management for major infrastructure or energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract models (BGB, FIDIC, cost-plus-fee) and procurement law basics.
- Strategic thinker with leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
