Your Responsibilities

  • Manage complex contracts for large-scale construction and energy generation projects.
  • Draft, negotiate, and oversee agreements with national and international partners.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, including claims and amendments.
  • Lead project-level contract management teams and ensure compliance with KPIs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes.

Your Profile

  • Degree in law, economics, engineering, or similar.
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1 level).
  • 9-12+ years of experience in contract management for major infrastructure or energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contract models (BGB, FIDIC, cost-plus-fee) and procurement law basics.
  • Strategic thinker with leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
