Client Service Executive - P&C

Account Management

  • Ensure compliance with signed documentation and regulatory filings
  • Oversee billing and aged receivables
  • Review account reports and take appropriate action
  • Communicate with managers and producers on client and claim issues
  • Provide feedback and escalate concerns as needed
  • Delegate tasks to optimize team performance
  • Conduct account benchmarking and budgeting
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building lasting relationships

New & Renewal Accounts

  • Lead pre-renewal and strategy discussions
  • Independently manage client renewal presentations and proposals
  • Prepare and present broker service proposals
  • Conduct WC Experience Mod Forecasting and Analysis
  • Deliver stewardship reports
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, and premiums
  • Ensure service calendar obligations are met

Mentorship & Development

  • Mentor and support team members
  • Teach internal classes on insurance topics and best practices
  • Pursue continuing education and industry designations
  • Stay informed on market trends and emerging risks

What You Bring to the Table

  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance Agent's License
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Expertise in client account management and renewals
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical abilities
