Account Management
- Ensure compliance with signed documentation and regulatory filings
- Oversee billing and aged receivables
- Review account reports and take appropriate action
- Communicate with managers and producers on client and claim issues
- Provide feedback and escalate concerns as needed
- Delegate tasks to optimize team performance
- Conduct account benchmarking and budgeting
- Serve as the primary client contact, building lasting relationships
New & Renewal Accounts
- Lead pre-renewal and strategy discussions
- Independently manage client renewal presentations and proposals
- Prepare and present broker service proposals
- Conduct WC Experience Mod Forecasting and Analysis
- Deliver stewardship reports
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and premiums
- Ensure service calendar obligations are met
Mentorship & Development
- Mentor and support team members
- Teach internal classes on insurance topics and best practices
- Pursue continuing education and industry designations
- Stay informed on market trends and emerging risks
What You Bring to the Table
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance Agent's License
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Expertise in client account management and renewals
- Effective negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities
