Essential Duties
- Lead high‑impact asset adequacy and cash‑flow testing for key annuity blocks.
- Stay ahead of industry and regulatory shifts to keep processes best‑in‑class.
- Influence strategy by partnering with actuarial, investments, product, and pricing leaders.
- Coach and elevate a talented team of actuarial professionals.
- Serve as the in‑house expert for cash‑flow testing and MG‑ALFA modeling.
Supervisory
- Lead a tight‑knit team of 2-3 associates/analysts; oversee up to 1 indirectly.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree; 10+ years actuarial experience.
- MG‑ALFA and cash‑flow testing experience strongly preferred.
- Leadership experience highly valued.
Certifications
- FSA/MAAA or ASA/MAAA required.
Skills
- Strong command of financial reporting and regulatory frameworks.
- Expertise in ALM, FIA modeling, and reinsurance structures.
- Advanced analytical skills with top‑tier Excel capabilities.
- Confident communicator who thrives managing complex, high‑visibility projects.
