Company Overview Join a forward-thinking investment firm specialising in real estate projects, including residential, office, co-living, and co-working schemes. Our client invests their own capital and that of high-net-worth individuals to pursue innovative real estate opportunities. With a flexible structure and a focus on larger projects, they are poised for rapid growth and are seeking a motivated individual to drive their fundraising efforts on a part time basis (flexible on the amount of days - to be discussed).

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to attract equity for real estate projects.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial advisors, and industry partners.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of persuasive investment proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of fundraising activities.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for fundraising.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build a robust investor network.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on fundraising progress and market insights.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in fundraising for real estate projects, with a strong network of wholesale investors.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess market trends, investor needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical standards.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with investors and attend industry events.
