Systems Engineer
I'm working with a high-growth crypto-native startup that's deeply focused on accelerating the Solana ecosystem. Backed by top-tier investors and builders in Web3, this team is shaping the future of decentralized infrastructure and developer tooling on Solana.
I'm looking for a Systems Engineer with experience in low-level languages (C++, Rust, or Java) and a deep understanding of Solana, especially around protocol or product-level integration.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with protocol engineers and product teams to build and integrate core infrastructure within the Solana ecosystem.
- Design, build, and optimize low-latency, high-throughput systems.
- Own end-to-end delivery of technical integration's with wallets, staking platforms, or other DeFi/NFT primitives in Solana.
- Collaborate with a deeply technical team shipping fast and iterating on real user needs.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-5 years of engineering experience with Rust, C++, or Java.
- Hands-on Solana experience, particularly with on-chain/off-chain integration, client SDKs, or validator/staking systems.
- Solid understanding of systems-level design, performance, and scalability.
- You've worked in a fast-moving environment-startups, crypto projects, or high-performance teams.
