Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day execution of systematic trading strategies, ensuring performance and risk controls are maintained in real time
- Monitor market conditions and respond to trading signals, alerts, and anomalies using advanced monitoring tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance the trading platform, contributing to the development and deployment of new strategies and products
- Analyze trading performance and market behavior to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and execute trading playbooks around macroeconomic events and market shifts
- Take ownership of risk management protocols and maintain authority over trading decisions within defined parameters
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (STEM, Finance, Economics, or Business) from a top academic institution
- Proven experience in electronic or algorithmic trading, with a strong understanding of market microstructure
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, particularly under pressure in fast-moving environments
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute in a collaborative setting
- Technical proficiency in Linux and Python is highly desirable
