Senior Finance Manager (m/w/d) - Energy Trading
Für unseren Kunden im Bereich Energy-Trading suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior Finance Manager (m/w/d) in Hamburg.
Deine Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
- Steuerung von Liquiditätsplanung sowie finanziellem Risikomanagement
- Koordination mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und internen Stakeholdern
- Sicherstellung regulatorischer Compliance (z. B. EMIR, REMIT, BaFin)
- Optimierung von Finanz- und Settlement-Prozessen im Energieumfeld
- Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports als Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen
- Aufbau skalierbarer Finanzprozesse inkl. Automatisierung und Datenanalyse
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Finanzarchitektur im In- und Ausland
Dein Profil
- 5-10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Finance & Accounting
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB und IFRS
- Erfahrung im Energie- oder Trading-Sektor bzw. im Bafin-reguliertem Umfeld
- Know-how in Liquiditätsmanagement, Risikosteuerung und regulatorischen Vorgaben
- Idealerweise technisches Verständnis, z. B. in SQL zur Datenanalyse
- Souverän im Umgang mit Banken, Prüfern und Aufsichtsbehörden
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (mind. C1)
- Analytisch denkend, hands-on und lösungsorientiert
