Senior APAC Talent Acquisition Recruiter | Financial Services
Were are partnering with a global asset management firm who are pursuing ambitious growth across the Asia-Pacific region.
To assist with their growth we are seeking an experienced recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team and lead hiring efforts for investment and trading roles across APAC. This role is key to continuing to build a strong regional presence and supporting their ambitious growth plans.
What does the role involve?
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top-tier investment and trading professionals across APAC.
- Leverage a strong professional network and proactively source candidates through direct outreach, talent mapping, and referrals.
- Collaborate with trusted external recruitment partners to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and meet hiring objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic hiring insights, including competitor bench-marking and talent trends, to inform decision-making.
What experience do you need?
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for roles in investment management, trading, or financial services, either in-house or at a leading search firm
- Strong network of talent across the APAC region and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
- Demonstrated success working with external recruitment agencies and partners.
- Proficiency with modern recruiting platforms and sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn.
- Strong analytic mindset, using market insights and hiring data to guide strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
