As a Quantitative Research/Analyst , you will play a key role in developing and executing data-driven trading strategies in the digital assets space. You will work closely with a team of quantitative traders and software developers to analyse large datasets, identify patterns, and implement high-performance trading algorithms.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large volumes of market data to identify trading opportunities.
- Develop and implement algorithmic trading strategies.
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to improve performance.
- Collaborate with developers and other quants to optimize systems and models.
- Monitor and refine strategies in real-time trading environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mid to high-frequency trading.
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Machine Learning.
- Proven experience in developing trading algorithms.
- Familiarity with delta one market making strategies is a plus.
- Strong grasp of financial mathematics and market microstructure.
- Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting.
- Solid programming skills; experience with Rust is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
