Private Credit Associate
We are working with a growing private credit investment firm with over $3.5 billion AUM. Focused exclusively on the healthcare sector, the firm has a 15-year track record of providing flexible growth capital to companies across services, medical devices, diagnostics, biopharma, and consumer health. They have around ~35 people at the firm, and have led over 70 investments. They are currently investing out of their fifth fund (~$1.5B) and seeking to add a Private Credit Associate to their Boulder team.
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and credit analysis for new investment opportunities
- Support the due diligence process, including market research, management meetings, and third-party diligence coordination
- Assist in preparing investment memos and materials for internal investment committees
- Monitor portfolio company performance and update financial models accordingly
- Work directly with senior investment professionals, including the CIO, on deal execution and portfolio management
- 1-4 years of experience in investment banking and/ or private credit
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of credit and capital structures
- Interest or experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a small, entrepreneurial team environment
