A Denver-based investment management firm who specializes in Equity, Credit, and Real Estate are looking to add a dynamic and driven Investor Relations Senior Associate to join their team in Denver. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product marketing, investor communications, and capital raising. You will be working closely with senior leadership to refine materials, manage LP communications, and support strategic growth.
The Investor Relations Senior Associate should have:
- Act as a product marketing specialist for our real estate credit strategies, with a focus on structured equity.
- Lead the development, refinement, and delivery of investor-facing materials.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for LP communications-ensuring clarity, consistency, and responsiveness.
- Participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and calls-travel is expected.
- Collaborate with the capital raising team to support revenue generation efforts.
- Help shape messaging and positioning for new fund offerings and SMA expansion.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment across investment, legal, and marketing functions.
The Investor Relations Senior Associate will be responsible for:
- 5 - 10 years of experience in investor relations, product marketing, or capital markets-preferably within commercial real estate or structured finance.
- Strong understanding of real estate credit and structured equity products (not traditional private equity).
- Proven ability to manage investor communications and support fundraising initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and engage directly with investors.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Denver, CO.
