Investor Relations Associate
Our client is a private investment firm based in Boston, Massachusetts, with over $150 billion in assets under management. They are seeking to hire an investor relations analyst or associate in order to focus on special situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively completing and utilizing RFPs/RFIs and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
- Partner with investment professionals and investor relations colleagues to develop pitch books and client-facing sales presentations. Revising the presentation slides in accordance with the provided guidance. Obtaining and examining data in efforts to support the company goals and target group.
- Managing and fulfilling investor information requests, throughout fundraising on an on-going basis.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, asset management, consulting, or financial services related marketing.
- Strong academic record from a reputable institution, preferably a GPA above a 3.3.
- Experience using pivot tables and can comfortably organize, interpret and manipulate large amounts of data sets using VLOOKUP, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; should have the ability to interact with people at any level in the company.
