Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a MM Investment Bank looking to add an Investment Banking Managing Director to their Food & Bev, Distribution, and Business Services team sitting fully remote. Being a large and reputable name in the Investment Banking space, you will have the opportunity to truly take ownership of a coverage sector within your vertical space, with the ability to leverage the firm's current relationships in the space.
Investment Banking Managing Director will be responsible for:
- Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, mostly on sell-side M&A, some buy-side M&A.
- Conducting extensive industry, market and company-specific research.
- Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.
- Building out book of business within respected industry group and continuing to leverage new and exisiting clients.
Investment Banking Managing Director should have the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of Investment Banking experience.
- MBA or Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
- Industry experience required, ideally in Distributin, Food and Beverage, Agriculture and Business Services.
- Origination experience
- Sitting in a large city, ideally New York, Chicago, LA, Dallas or Charlotte.
- Personable, strong work ethic and coach able.
