A fast-scaling European technology company is seeking a HR Operations Specialist / Legal Counsel (m/f/d) to join its People & Office team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of HR and legal operations in a purpose-driven environment focused on innovation, sustainability, and international growth.

Your Role

  • Draft and manage employment and service agreements
  • Provide legal guidance on labor law and employee relations
  • Develop and review internal HR policies and documentation
  • Support conflict resolution and manage employment-related legal matters
  • Collaborate with external legal advisors and internal stakeholders across departments

Your Profile

  • Legal background or HR experience with strong labor law knowledge
  • Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm is a plus
  • Understanding of HR operations and commercial processes in Germany
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
